CTER stakeholders are big names in the field - Joanna Czarnocka-Tworzyńska (CTER founder) and Piotr Goliński. They are both personally involved in the life of the company – they manage it and define its character.
Although Poland remains the main field of our activity, we also have a global profile. Since 2002, CTER has been the exclusive partner of InterSearch, a leading international network of human resource consulting. Since 2012, we have also represented Senior Management Worldwide, the only global organisation grouping interim management service providers. Our partnership with those two networks allows us to provide assistance to our Clients both in Poland and abroad.
We have 7 experienced consultants with an average of 10 years’ experience in the field, 3 researchers and two specialists of administrative support.
