All of company’s products are designed and developed there, as well it’s a home to a growing part of Support and Cloud Operations functions.

Key responsibilities:

As the Senior HR Manager you will report do Global, HQ based Chief HR Officer and you will

  • Develop and implement the People strategy for the Polish subsidiary in alignment with the broader company objectives.
  • Lead the Polish HR and Talent Acquisition team
  • Continue to develop, drive and maintain a culture which both attracts and retains talent.
  • Partner with other business leaders and key stakeholders on organisational design and change.
  • Partner with the global HR team to ensure consistency of messaging, processes, etc
  • Drive a culture that promotes engagement, team work, collaboration and innovation.
  • Advise, mentor, and coach employees and leaders on topics related to People and Culture.
  • Support recruitment process strategy where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Polish legislation and internal policies.
  • Define policies and processes to support the global people strategy and objectives.
  • Drive consistency of approach across the region attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future needs.
  • Proactively share best practice with other HR colleagues.
  • Be an ambassador for the function and represent HR internally and externally.
  • Keep up with external trends and best practice.

Your profile:

The ideal profile of candidates for this position includes the following criteria:

  • Solid experience working in the position of Head of HR/HR Manager, preferably within a software company;
  • A solid grasp of organizational development and strategy.
  • Experience of working within an International and fast-paced environment;
  • Desire to foster a healthy culture of diversity and inclusion;
  • Good knowledge of Polish legislation, labor law and social funds, etc.;
  • Good knowledge of the various methods of employment, (permanent, fixed, B2B);
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
  • Able to simplify complex problems, process or projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematically;
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in HRIS, MS packages;
  • Proactive, adaptable, resourceful and able to apply initiative to work independently;
  • Sound judgement;
  • Excellent attention to detail
