Location: Poznan / Warsaw


Our client is an exclusive distributor of medical equipment of the world leading brand. The company has been operating in Western Poland for nearly 20 years, successfully building a stable and reputable leadership position.

Location in the structure:

  • Reports directly to the Owner
  • Manages a 20-person team

Main tasks:

  • Coordinating the work of the entire company and optimizing the efficiency of operations; managing the office in Warsaw and Poznań
  • Strategic and financial planning, budgeting, setting goals and ensuring the implementation of planned activities
  • Looking for new development opportunities, introducing new products to the company’s portfolio
  • Building and implementing a marketing strategy
  • Close cooperation with the Management Board – co-deciding on the company’s development vision
  • Managing a team of several people
  • Responsibility for building and implementing the company’s development strategy in the hospital market, clinics and doctor’s offices
  • Maintaining and developing effective relations with Polish and European partner’s representatives
  • Active work on applying best business practices in all departments of companies

The profile of the ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the medical industry; experience in the ultrasonography market / cardiology or obstetrics-gynecology specialization is an additional advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience gained in managerial positions with responsibility for P&L; experience in managing a sales organization
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in team management
  • Successfully proven ability to open new business opportunities, develop marketing strategy
  • Leadership profile: ability to build authority, seeing new business development opportunities
  • Higher education
  • Fluency in English
  • Readiness for business trips
  • Commitment, communicativeness, transparency in action and communication, entrepreneurship
  • Professional ethics
