Location in the structure:
Reports directly to the Owner
Manages a 20-person team
Main tasks:
Coordinating the work of the entire company and optimizing the efficiency of operations; managing the office in Warsaw and Poznań
Strategic and financial planning, budgeting, setting goals and ensuring the implementation of planned activities
Looking for new development opportunities, introducing new products to the company’s portfolio
Building and implementing a marketing strategy
Close cooperation with the Management Board – co-deciding on the company’s development vision
Managing a team of several people
Responsibility for building and implementing the company’s development strategy in the hospital market, clinics and doctor’s offices
Maintaining and developing effective relations with Polish and European partner’s representatives
Active work on applying best business practices in all departments of companies
The profile of the ideal candidate:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the medical industry; experience in the ultrasonography market / cardiology or obstetrics-gynecology specialization is an additional advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience gained in managerial positions with responsibility for P&L; experience in managing a sales organization
Minimum 7 years of experience in team management
Successfully proven ability to open new business opportunities, develop marketing strategy
Leadership profile: ability to build authority, seeing new business development opportunities
Higher education
Fluency in English
Readiness for business trips
