Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Warsaw

Location in the structure:

  • Senior HR Business Partner is a Member of Leadership Teamt and will  report to HRD and Business Unit Director,
  • manages a team of 2 generalists

Main tasks:

As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible bottom up for all HR issues with special emphasis on:

  • developing and implementing the HR agenda for a diversified business unit of over 400 highly skilled managers and experts
  • advising to the managers on all issues related to talent attraction and retention
  • building bridge and two-sided impact between centers of HR competence and business unit
  • helping to define HR needs of the business and cooperating, supporting and challenging the central HR function in proper delivery of expected results
  • contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction
  • leading a small team of HR Specialists and operating as a member of Business Unit Leadership Team
  • acting as a professional advisor to the Leadership Team on all aspects of the HR issues

The profile of the ideal candidate:

  • Fluent communicator in English (written and spoken)
  • At least 10 years in HR area, including minimum 8 years in senior generalist role
  • Solid understanding of professional services and IT business specifics based on at least 5 years of direct experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and focus
  • Ability to work with high level of ambiguity and deliver several priorities at the same time
  • Excellent multiple stakeholders management skills across different functions and geographies in fast paced, multinational, matrix organization
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on managerial style
