CTER has been operating on the market since 2001 and is one of the most experienced executive search firms in Poland. Competence and commitment to conducted projects helped us earn the reputation of a credible external recruitment partner. In 2002 CTER became an exclusive representative of the international network of executive search firms – InterSearch. Since 2012 we have also represented Senior Management Worldwide in Poland – the only global organization of suppliers of interim management services. Affiliation with these networks helps us support our Clients both in Poland and abroad.
