Information clause on personal data processing by CTER Sp. z o.o. for recruitment purposes.
In view of the Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC, and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, CTER Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw would like to inform you by whom, on what basis and in what manner your personal data is processed.

How did we obtain your personal data?
We received it in CV provided by you, or during business meetings, on social media such as i.e. LinkedIn, or from third parties who provided us with your data when recommending you to us.
Providing us with your personal data is required for you to participate in the recruitment project. Consequently, the failure to provide CTER with your personal data is equivalent to refusal to participate in the current and future recruitment projects conducted by CTER.
Your personal data obtained by CTER from sources other than directly from you, comprise the following categories:
- name and surname,
- contact information, e.g. e-mail address, telephone number.
What is the purpose of and legal basis for processing your personal data?
Personal data is processed in order to present to you the best job offers and to support companies which conduct recruitment. We process personal data on the basis of your consent, and when it is indispensable for the realization of CTER’s interests as an entity conducting recruitment processes for high managerial positions, as well as for the interests of our clients who intend to recruit competent managers or specialists.
What are your rights towards CTER Sp. z o.o. with regard to data protection?
We ensure to respect all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. your right to access, rectify, or remove data, or limit its processing, in the situation when the purpose for its processing ceases to exist or in view of your right to object.
You may exercise these rights when, for instance:
- you notice that your data is incomplete or inaccurate, under the right to request correction (revision) of personal data,
- your data will no longer be necessary for the purposes for which it was collected – you may withdraw your consent for data processing or object to its processing,
- you notice that your data is incorrect – you may request to limit personal data processing for the period allowing us to review its correctness. Moreover, you may request to limit data processing if:
- data is processed unlawfully, but you do not wish it to be removed,
- data is no longer necessary for us, but may be necessary for the purposes of defence or exercising claims, or for objecting to the processing of data.
Moreover, you have the right to file a complaint in the context of our processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
How long will your data be processed by us?
Your personal data will be processed for the period of time in which it is be used by CTER for recruitment processes, however, no longer than until you withdraw your consent.
Personal data processed by CTER in order to provide you with the best possible job offer and to support the companies conducting the recruitment will be processed throughout the period when it might be used by CTER for recruitment processes, however, no longer than until you withdraw your agreement.
Your personal data will be processed by CTER, when it is indispensable for the realization of CTER’s interests as an entity conducting recruitment processes for high managerial positions, as well as for the interests of our clients who intend to recruit competent managers or specialists, for the period of two years from obtaining it.
When can you withdraw your consent to data processing?
The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Who has access to your data?
Personal data is processed by the employees of CTER Sp. z o.o. who were authorized for it and were properly trained, as well as transferred to our clients who commissioned us to conduct the recruitment process. Your data may also be transferred to entities from outside the European Economic Area that are associated with CTER within international organizations or are bound with CTER by recruitment processes contract, including partners within the networks of InterSearch (www.intersearch.org) and Interim Management WorldWide (www.interimmanagementworldwide.com). In the case of transferring your data to the entities from outside of the European Economic Area, we ensure that your data is transferred under the applicable laws, in a manner providing it with the appropriate level of protection.
