JOB PURPOSE:

Developing and executing the global communications strategy for Group. CCH ensures the company’s reputation is proactively managed and protected across all markets, with focus on wide stakeholders’ portfolio in main markets and selected stakeholders in HQ. The strong focus of the CCH is on stakeholder engagement, reputation and crisis management, media relations, internal communications and consistent brand positioning

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Corporate communication strategy: Develop and implement an integrated global communications strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership on reputation management, crisis response, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stakeholder communications: oversee all corporate communications to main stakeholders: opinion leaders, customers, consumers, investors, and employees. Ensure message consistency and brand positioning across all markets and channels.
  • Media and social media management: Lead media relations, including proactive outreach, press releases, and management of media inquiries. Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring the organization’s brand is positioned positively and consistently across platforms. Monitor and respond to media coverage and social media conversations, leveraging analytics to optimize engagement.
  • Crisis communication: Develop, maintain, and execute crisis communication plans, ensuring rapid, transparent, and effective responses to multi-stream crises (e.g. internal affairs, regulatory incidents). Lead the crisis management team and act as primary spokesperson during incidents.
  • Internal communications: Design and deliver internal communications strategies for multinational, multidisciplinary. Oversee the use and continuous improvement of modern internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, digital platforms).
  • Communications team leadership and development: Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of communications managers. Foster collaboration and best practice sharing across countries and business units.
  • Performance measurement and reporting: Establish and monitor KPIs for all communications activities, including media activity, reputation metrics, and internal communication effectiveness. Report regularly to executive leadership on communications outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Compliance and best practice: Ensure all communications comply with regulations and ethical standards. Stay abreast of communication trends, tools, and best practices in highly regulated sectors.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILEE:

  • Native Polish and fluent written and spoken English (C2 level).
  • Substantial experience (10+ years) in senior global or regional corporate communications roles, ideally within the service sectors with high regulatory exposures and strong B2C business set up.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crisis communication, including managing simultaneous high-stakes incidents across multiple markets.
  • Ability to operate effectively under high-pressure, fast-moving, and ambiguous environments.
  • People management skills with experience managing international, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in media relations, social media strategy, and brand positioning at a global level.
  • Deep understanding of internal communications for diverse, multinational workforces.
  • Familiarity with modern communication tools, analytics, and performance measurement techniques.
  • Experience working with and in influencing senior leaders
