Our Client is global ranged family-owned company, the number one global service provider to the plastic and rubber industries. The company is the number one distribution partner for polymers, rubbers and chemicals; provides a superior distribution, resale, compounding and recycling service for plastic raw materials. It also has considerable activities in the manufacturing and sales of building materials.

Due to the growth and transformation of the organization, our client decided to create a new role People & Culture Partner Europe.

Structure:

  • Direct superior: the People & Culture Leader Europe
  • Cooperates: local People & Culture Leaders and local Country Managers
  • Direct reports: No

Goals:

  • Build up HR strategies, programs and processes
  • Enhancement of corporate culture through communication and employer branding
  • Full integration of all people development activities into the daily way of working
  • Drive Digitalization through automation all the processes in HR
  • Provide a framework for the sourcing and development of talent and to enable the delivery of the business strategy
  • Support Integration into the group structure after M&A (if the case)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and support deployment of People strategy and programs, supporting the digitalization and transformation processes the company goes through as well as future integrations in case of M&As Leading the creation of strategic workforce plans for a national organization or international business segments
  • Optimizing the entire change management process
  • Collaborating with the Executive Management and HR local teams
  • Support country HR leaders in the deployment of HR strategy in each market (Europe)
  • Identify requirements for HR frameworks and tools
  • Build up action plans based on complex analyses of HR data
  • Managing relationships with strategic internal clients
  • Identifying key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights

Candidate profile:

  • 7 years of experience in HR gained in multinational company
  • Strong transformation and digitalization track record
  • Independent, entrepreneurial and able to deal with a large degree of strategic and operational autonomy
  • Strong commercial insights into the whole value chain
  • Proficiency in Polish and English. Other languages such German or French are a plus but not mandatory
